Terms & Condition:
Tickets to QATAR STARS LEAGUE (“Competition”) are issued by and remain the property of Qatar Stars League (“QSL”).
All tickets issued are governed by these Ticketing Terms and Conditions and any person(s) who purchases or uses a ticket is deemed to have read and accepted the Ticketing Terms and Conditions.
1. Tickets must be carried at all times and produced on request. Failure to produce a valid ticket upon request may result in the refusal of entry and/or eviction of persons from the Competition venue.
2. All age of fans is allowed to attend the QSL matches, but they all need to purchase tickets irrespective to the age category for them to watch the match.
3. Only holder of this ticket shall be permitted entry to the stadium and provided access to the specific areas as designated on this ticket.
4. Ticket Holders must follow the dress code which is Official dress and sandals, formal Attire in VIP Tribune
5. QSL reserves the right, without refund and/or compensation, to refuse entry or evict any person(s) from a venue in accordance with the Terms of Admission.
6. Tickets will not be refunded or exchanged.
7. The unauthorised resale, transfer and/or purchase of a ticket other than via authorized Ticket Agent may result in a ticket being cancelled without refund and/or compensation and in certain circumstances may be in breach of applicable laws. Tickets may only be purchased through tickets.qsl.qa
8. Tickets are not redeemable for cash. The use of tickets for advertising, sales promotions or any other commercial purposes (including, but not limited to, offers for sale, use as a premium, give-away or prize in a competition or sweepstake) without the prior written approval of QSL is strictly prohibited.
9. Tickets so obtained are void and offenders or holders of such tickets will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
10. QSL reserves the right to make changes to the date, time and/or venue of any match of the Competition.
11. Ticket holders acknowledge and agree that they are to attend to their personal belongings at any Competition venue at their own risk, and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, QSL and venue management exclude any liability (including for personal injury, death or loss or damage to personal property) howsoever arising in connection with a match and/or property which is lost, stolen or damaged including without limitation match tickets or attendance at a venue.
12. For purposes of security and the orderly and smooth implementation of the Event, if requested by the Authorities all persons shall be required to cooperate in respect to providing evidence of identity, permitting the reasonable inspection of personal belongings, confiscation of prohibited items, and/or body checks.
13. Ticket holders shall not bring into or possess items which are prohibited or restricted by QSL or venue management into the Venue. For the avoidance of doubt such prohibited or restricted items shall include without limitation weapons (firearms, bladed and pointed instruments, chemicals & glass bottles etc.), substances (Drugs, Alcohol, Poisons etc.) and/or flammable & explosive materials (firecrackers, fireworks, lighters, etc.).
14. Ticket holders shall comply with all instructions and directions provided by QSL, venue management, police or contracted security personnel at all times.
15. Smoking may only be permitted in designated smoking areas at the Competition venue.
16. By purchasing a ticket, ticket holders expressly consent to their image, voice and/or likeness being included within any audio and/or audio-visual recording at the Competition venue and agree to the use of such recording in any and all media for any purposes throughout the world, without payment or compensation.
17. Ticket holders shall not engage in any form of ambush marketing and shall not breach or infringe the rights of QSL, sponsors, broadcasters or other parties commercially associated with the Competition or venue, nor conduct any unauthorised promotions or other commercial activity, without the prior written approval of QSL. For the avoidance of doubt, ticket holders shall not take into the Competition venue where a match is being played any promotional or commercial item of whatever nature including but not limited to, banners, signs, symbols and leaflets.
18. Ticket holders are prohibited from transmitting or aiding in the transmission of any description, narrative account, picture or reproduction of the match. Ticket holders may only use photos and/or audio-visual recordings taken during any match for private, personal and non-commercial purposes.
19. Stadium security and organisers have the right to refuse any dangerous item(s) entering the stadium that may affect the safety of other spectators and the match.
20. Ticket holders who leave the stadium after entry will not be permitted to re-enter the stadium.
